Standard Shipping
- Service Area: BC & Alberta (excluding remote areas)
- Cost: CAD $149 flat rate
- Includes: Doorstep delivery
- P.O. Boxes: Not accepted
- Alberta: Door delivery available (confirm eligibility)
White Glove Delivery
- Service Area: Lower Mainland only
- Cost: Contact us for pricing
- Includes: In-home placement, unpacking, assembly, packaging removal
Customer Pick-Up
- Location: Warehouse (Lower Mainland)
- Cost: Complimentary
- Includes: Self-collection from warehouse
Note:Â All shipping charges are disclosed before purchase. No additional fees will be applied without your consent. If delivery is not possible after order confirmation, a full refund will be issued.
1.1 Standard Shipping

1.2 White Glove Delivery
- Available in Lower Mainland only
- Includes placement, unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal

1.3 Customer Pick-Up
- Complimentary warehouse pick-up
- Appointment required
- Authorized third-party pickup must present valid government ID
SECTION 2 — ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE
Order Confirmation:Â Delivery date estimate provided after confirmation
Standard Lead Time:Â Most orders ship within 2 weeks
Delays:Â You will be notified of any delays
Order Hold:Â Orders can be held up to 30 days
Note:Â If delivery is significantly delayed, you may have the right to cancel and receive a full refund under consumer protection laws.
SECTION 3 — DELIVERY PROCESS
- Our team contacts you to schedule delivery
- Carrier confirms delivery details
- Ensure availability to receive delivery
- Inspect items upon arrival and report issues within 24 hours
Inspection Rights:Â You may inspect goods before signing delivery acceptance. Report damage immediately.
SECTION 4 — ACCESS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Check product dimensions before delivery
- Ensure doorways, hallways, elevators can accommodate items
- Door width should exceed product box height
- Customer is responsible for ensuring access
Note:Â Failed delivery due to access issues or missed appointments may result in additional fees.
SECTION 5 — ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Before Production:Â Full cancellation allowed
After Production Starts:Â No cancellation
After Shipment:Â No cancellation (refer to Return Policy)
Missed Deliveries:Â Additional carrier fees apply
Note:Â Some purchases may qualify for statutory cancellation rights under BPCPA.
SECTION 6 — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect items during delivery
- Inform delivery team immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or resolution
Your Rights:Â Products must meet quality standards under Canadian law. Your rights are not limited by the 24-hour reporting window.
